Embedded Software Validation Engineer (HIL / Automotive / EV) Contract Competitive Day Rate Onsite We are hiring an experienced Embedded Software Validation Engineer to support cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) and charging systems development within a high-performance engineering environment. This role focuses on embedded software testing, verification, and validation using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, ensuring delivery of safety-critical automotive software to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead embedded software validation and verification activities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test frameworks Perform testing using HIL systems (dSpace preferred) Ensure compliance with ISO26262 / ASIL functional safety standards Conduct root cause analysis and debugging of system issues Support test automation and continuous integration (CI/CD) environments Key Skills and Experience: Strong experience in embedded systems validation / testing Hands-on experience with HIL / dSpace tools Knowledge of ISO26262 / ASIL safety standards Programming skills in Python, C or C++ Experience in automotive, EV, electrification or power electronics Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, Jira or similar tools Desirable: Experience with EV charging systems, inverters, DC-DC or AC-DC systems Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN) Background in real-time control systems This is a high-impact opportunity to work on next-generation electrification and charging ..... full job details .....
