We are hiring an experienced Embedded Software Validation Engineer to support cutting-edge electric vehicle (EV) and charging systems development within a high-performance engineering environment.

This role focuses on embedded software testing, verification, and validation using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, ensuring delivery of safety-critical automotive software to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead embedded software validation and verification activities
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test frameworks
• Perform testing using HIL systems (dSpace preferred)
• Ensure compliance with ISO26262 / ASIL functional safety standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and debugging of system issues
• Support test automation and continuous integration (CI/CD) environments

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in embedded systems validation / testing
• Hands-on experience with HIL / dSpace tools
• Knowledge of ISO26262 / ASIL safety standards
• Programming skills in Python, C or C++
• Experience in automotive, EV, electrification or power electronics
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, Jira or similar tools

Desirable:

• Experience with EV charging systems, inverters, DC-DC or AC-DC systems
• Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN)
• Background in real-time control systems
