We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineer to join a world-renowned scientific instrument manufacturer.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required. Focusing on high-tech, cutting-edge electro-mechanical instrumentation, your primary responsibility will be developing electronics for complex scientific instruments. You will need to communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary team to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget. You will contribute to project proposals, design and validate hardware solutions in addition to supporting complex manufacturing and after-sales issues.The ideal candidate will have:Electronics Engineering degreeElectronic design experience including both digital and/or analogue circuit design - FPGA, microcontrollers and associated firmwareExperience of high-voltage, low noise systemsProven experience of working on design/development projectsThis position will suit a hobbyist with a genuine interest in Electronics and offers a unique opportunity to work with complex technology in a rewarding company.
