Electro Mechanical Technician

Overview

An established engineering manufacturer is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to assemble, test, and inspect precision electro-mechanical products. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in electronics or mechanical assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products to engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out fault finding and basic repairs
• Use calibrated test equipment and follow test procedures
• Inspect and prepare products for dispatch
• Record faults and maintain accurate production data
• Follow health & safety and maintain a clean working environment
• Support continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience

• Electro-mechanical assembly or electronic wiring experience
• Soldering experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Fault-finding and testing experience
• High attention to detail
• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word)

Additional Info

• Factory-based role, Monday to Friday
• Some manual handling required
• Full training provided
