Electro-Mechanical Technician

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Electro-Mechanical Technician for our long established and successful manufacturing /production client based south of Edinburgh. This is working 36 hours per week over 4 days (9 hour days); Every Friday off. Salary is negotiable by experience, up to circa £29,000 plus annual bonus, details on application. Responsibilities Setting up, maintaining, calibrating and repairing electro mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair faults, perform tests and follow technical instructions/manual to ensure accurate operation of the systems To maintain the service and calibration records. Skills and Experience required for the Electro-MechanicalTechnician role: Experienced mechanical technician / electronic technician / service technician Experience of testing and fault finding electronic boards would also be advantageous Able to read engineering drawings and circuit diagrams Able to use measuring tools, multi-meters etc Apprentice trained/time-served, or mechanically / electronically qualified with HNC or HND Full UK work rights required for this position.
