Job Title: Electrician - Maintenance/Installer Contract Type: Sub-Contracting Salary Range: £280 a day (price work also available) Working Locations: Islington, Shoreditch and Waltham Forest Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team, subcontracting work across North and Central London in a day rate or price-work position. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out testing and EICRs across various social housing properties in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in social housing properties. Complete electrical inspection and testing to current regulations and industry standards. Identify, diagnose and report electrical defects and non-compliances. Occasionally undertake remedial and repair works arising from inspections and testing. Ensure all testing and certification is completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
