You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while providing an excellent service to residents.The position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with participation in an on-call rota approximately 1 week in every 5-6 weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical repairs, maintenance and associated works within social housing properties.Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently.Ensure all works are completed safely and to the required standards.Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate records of works carried out.Liaise professionally with residents, colleagues and other trades.Ensure company health and safety procedures are followed ..... full job details .....
