This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with an initial 3-month temporary period before moving onto a permanent contract. The role offers stability, a company van and the opportunity to work on a long-term social housing/property maintenance contract. The Role: Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and remedial works within residential propertiesDiagnose and rectify electrical faults and complete reactive maintenance repairsUndertake electrical installation and maintenance works as requiredCarry out works within occupied and void propertiesEnsure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with current electrical regulationsComplete accurate job records and relevant certification where requiredWork Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmParticipate in an optional out-of-hours call-out rota What We''re Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation essentialAM2 essentialExperience working within social housing, responsive repairs, property maintenance or a similar environmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood understanding of electrical regulations and health and safety proceduresProfessional and customer-focused approachSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload ..... full job details .....
