The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This particular contract is with Westminster council. You will be apart of the electrical maintenance team carrying out electrician duties in a timely manner.

The Role

• Repair electric parts
• Installs
• Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
• Rewire homes.
• Fault finding
• Socket changes
• Inspecting and testing

• Receive & complete works via PDA device

Skills & Experience

• 18th Edition Level 3 NVQ
• 2391
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
