Location: M25 Surrey Corridor (Surrey & West Sussex)
Day Rate: -230250 (CIS/LTD) or -174.96 - -190.17 (PAYE)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We''re looking for an experienced NVQ Level 3 Qualified Electrician to join a long-term social housing contract, supporting the maintenance and improvement of 1,700 homes across Surrey and West Sussex.

• Carrying out inspection and testing for condition reporting of electrical installations

• Installing smoke and heat alarms

• Performing fault finding and diagnosis

• Consumer Control Unit (CCU) upgrades

• Partial rewires and reactive maintenance

• Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations

• Completing certification and reports accurately

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation (or equivalent)

• BS 7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Level 3 Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)

• ECS Gold Card

• Own tools and full UK driving licence

(SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential.)

• -230250 per day (depending on experience)
