Location: Based out of Norwich, covering clients across East Anglia
Salary: £18.00–£30.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their growing team in East Anglia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of domestic, commercial, and industrial solar projects, including PV installations, battery storage, EV charging, and maintenance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining Solar PV systems and related renewable energy solutions.
• Upgrading existing systems and carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Supporting and guiding less experienced installers on site, sharing your knowledge of best practices.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Working safely at heights and across both residential and commercial premises.

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (required).
• Proven experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, and testing (essential).
• At least 3 years’ general electrical experience, including working at heights and on roofing projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to commute reliably to Norwich NR13 6NT, or willingness to relocate.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £18–£30, depending on experience.
• Full-time hours, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:30.
