Electrician - Norfolk Area

Noble Recruiting have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified ElectricianThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across a diverse housing portfolio of approximately 4,000-5,000 properties throughout Norfolk.Permanent PositionSalary £40,509.90 per annumKey Responsibilities:Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across housing stockDiagnose faults and complete remedial work effectivelyEnsure compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standardsComplete inspections, testing, and certification as requiredDeliver high-quality customer service when working in occupied propertiesMaintain accurate records of work completedAdhere to all health and safety proceduresCall-Out Requirements:Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every 8)£150 payment for each call-out weekTime and a half paid for any call-outs attendedRequirements:Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)Testing and Inspection qualification (preferred)Experience working within domestic/residential propertiesFull UK driving licenceStrong understanding of health and safety practicesGood communication and customer service skillsImportant Notice: Noble Recruiting Limited, based in Billericay, Essex, is an equal opportunities employer.
