Electrical Working Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced-Electrical Working Supervisor-to join our team on a busy commercial construction project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works while remaining hands-on when required. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, coordinating with site management and subcontractors to deliver the project on schedule.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
• Lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with the site manager, project manager, and other trades.
• Complete site paperwork, progress reports, and toolbox talks.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and snagging where required.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
