Electrical Working Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a busy commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works while remaining hands-on when required. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, coordinating with site management and subcontractors to deliver the project on schedule. Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site. Lead and support a team of electricians and apprentices. Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards. Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project requirements. Coordinate with the site manager, project manager, and other trades. Complete site paperwork, progress reports, and toolbox talks. Assist with testing, commissioning, and snagging where required. Electrical Supervisor Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial construction projects. Gold ECS card SSSTS / SMSTS 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
