Electrical Working Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines supervising electrical projects with carrying out electrical installation work across residential and commercial sites.

About the Role

As an Electrical Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading electricians on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while remaining actively involved in installation work.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support electricians and apprentices on-site.
• Carry out electrical installation, testing, and maintenance work.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities to meet project deadlines.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Complete site documentation and quality checks.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor.
• Strong background in both residential and commercial electrical installations.
• Gold ECS
• SSSTS
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
