Electrical Working Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to lead electrical installation works on a commercial project. This is a hands-on supervisory position for someone who can coordinate site activity, maintain quality standards, and keep works progressing safely and efficiently.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site
• Lead and coordinate electricians and subcontractors
• Carry out electrical work while overseeing productivity and quality
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
• Maintain compliance with health & safety procedures and site rules
• Conduct inspections and support testing and commissioning activities
• Manage materials, labour allocation, and progress reporting
• Liaise with project managers, site management, and other trades
• Complete permits, RAMS reviews, and site documentation where required

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Gold ECS
• SSSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site works
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
