What You''ll Be Doing As an Electrical Training Officer / Apprenticeship Coach, you''ll manage a caseload of electrical apprentices and support them through their learning journey. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting a caseload of apprentices in the workplace Carrying out regular reviews, assessments, and progress tracking Assessing evidence against industry standards (NVQ / NOS) Providing clear feedback, coaching, and setting SMART targets Preparing apprentices for gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA) Identifying learners at risk and putting support plans in place Working closely with employers to ensure high-quality training delivery Supporting apprentice recruitment and onboarding where required Promoting apprenticeship opportunities to employers, schools, and stakeholders Ensuring ..... full job details .....
