Electrical Supervisor (Permanent & Temporary Opportunities)

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

TCS contracts are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for both Permanent and Temporary Electrical Supervisors based in Rugby.

The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the smooth operation of site services.

The position involves participation in an on-call rota, currently operating on a one-in-seven-week basis from Friday afternoon through to Monday morning.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm
• Weekend on-call rota (1 in 7 weeks)

Permanent Package

£50,000 - £54,000 per annum

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Strong understanding of electrical maintenance and compliance
• Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance activities
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• Comfortable participating in an on-call rota
