Electrical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients team on a residential development in Stratford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in residential construction.

Electrical Supervisor-Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the residential scheme.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and site electricians.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
• Monitor progress and report on labour, materials, and productivity.
• Carry out regular inspections and ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades and site management.
• Ensure all works comply with current regulations, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues efficiently.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates to the Project/Site Manager.

Electrical Supervisor-Requirements

• Gold ECS + SSSTS
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, ideally across new-build residential projects.
• Good understanding of health & safety and electrical regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and work effectively to tight deadlines.
