Electrical Supervisor (non working)

NPP are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients to place a non working electrical supervisor for a long term industrial install contract The role entails supervising a team of around 20 electricians and improvers split into sub groups Core Responsibilities Site Supervision: Coordinate and oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities across a large industrial project. Subcontractor and Labour Management: Direct internal operatives and electrical subcontractors, allocating daily tasks and monitoring productivity. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safe systems of work, review and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and control permit-to-work and isolation procedures. Technical Coordination: Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, cable schedules, and ensure "red-line" as-built drawings are updated. Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the site team, site manager, contracts manager, clients, and external stakeholders Quality and Handover: Inspect completed work, manage snagging/defects, and support final project handover and documentation. Essential Requirements Qualifications: Recognised electrical craft apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or equivalent. Regulations: Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) pass.
