Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical works on a major commercial project. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality project safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all electrical installation activities across the project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications
• Monitor programme delivery, budgets, and resource allocation
• Review drawings, technical documents, and resolve site issues
• Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance processes
• Attend client and project meetings and provide progress reporting
• Support planning and sequencing to maintain project timelines

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Gold / Black-ECS
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial construction projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry standards
