£65,000 + packageThe CompanyThis MEP Project Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplined property companies offering a wide range of services to a multi-client base. Part of their offering includes acting as a principal main contractor on projects for their clients'' existing property portfolios including MandE upgrades, building fabric refurbishment, and commercial fit-out with values from £100k - £1million.The RoleWe are looking for an MEP Project Manager with experience in managing multiple schemes at any one time. You will need to be multi-skilled and able to take projects from feasibility through to on-site delivery.The key skills you will need are:Client FacingCommercial awarenessInternal and external customer managementNetworking skillsAbility to deliver to deadlinesFully competent with Project Management techniquesSub-contractor selection and managementBroad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislationProjects will be MandE upgrades and capital replacement.The Plus PointsThis is a great opportunity to join one of the household names in the property sector where you will be given the opportunity to progress into more senior level roles.
