Senior Project Manager

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across high-profile construction schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing team and take the lead on a wide range of projects across the residential and healthcare sectors.

As a Senior Project Manager, you''ll work closely with major clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle. This Manchester-based role would suit a driven Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering projects up to -40m in value across the region.

The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, managing client relationships, budgets, risk, and quality assurance. You''ll work across multi-disciplinary teams, ensure governance procedures are followed, and oversee project controls from inception through to completion.

Duties will include procurement advice, planning and programme management, cost and change control, stakeholder liaison, and performance monitoring. You''ll be instrumental in setting success criteria and implementing project strategies that align with client goals.

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction-related discipline

• Chartered or working towards (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar)

• Experience delivering projects within residential, healthcare, or commercial sectors

• Previous consultancy experience is preferred; candidates from a contractor background will also be considered

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

• -55,000 - -70,000 per annum, depending on experience
