Electrical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a successful MandE contractor delivering a range of high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take ownership of projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion and handover. The role will involve managing electrical projects from both a technical and commercial perspective, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion. Take overall responsibility for electrical project delivery. Manage project programmes, budgets and resources. Lead and manage site-based construction teams. Manage electrical subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate electrical works with mechanical and other building services. Liaise with clients, consultants, principal contractors and project stakeholders. Review and manage drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Manage design development and technical queries. Monitor project costs and work closely with the commercial team.
