This position involves leading, delivering, and developing Level 1 to Level 3 Electrical Installation and T-Level Building Services (Electrical) programmes, guiding learners through theoretical study and practical workshop training.This role is ideal for an experienced FE Lecturer, Course Leader, or a time-served Electrician looking to step into curriculum leadership and inspire the next generation of trade professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Course Leader for Electrical Installation cohorts, managing course administration, learner retention, and achievement rates.Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality practical workshop sessions and classroom theory in line with awarding body standards.Support learners through portfolio development, progress reviews, and End-Point Assessment (EPA) / AM2 preparation.Embed current 18th Edition wiring regulations, health and safety, and modern building services technology into the curriculum.Collaborate with local employers and industry partners to enhance work placement opportunities and learner progression.RequirementsEssential: ..... full job details .....
