Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer Location: London and surrounding areas (inside M25) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £275 per day + Bonus + Overtime / PAYE £45k-£46k (depending on experience) We are an established property compliance company specialising in property certificates. We re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer to join our growing team. The Role You will carry out: Domestic and Commercial EICRs Emergency Lighting Testing and Fire alartesting. Recording findings and producing accurate Electrical Installation Condition Reports Detailing/specifying/carrying out remedial works. Ensuring timely issue of reports and certificates About You Fully qualified: City and Guilds 2330/2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent) City and Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671: A2) Competent with single and three-phase testing Excellent knowledge of regulations and inspection codes Strong communication skills confident with landlords, homeowners, and businesses Able to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What We Offer £275 per day Overtime, bonus and travel included Long-term, permanent role with career progression opportunities Supportive team culture with admin.
