Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer
Location: London & surrounding areas (inside M25)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £275 per day + Bonus + Overtime / PAYE £45k-£46k (depending on experience)

We are an established property compliance company specialising in property certificates. We’re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Inspection/Remedial Engineer to join our growing team.

The Role

You will carry out:

• Domestic and Commercial EICRs

• Emergency Lighting Testing & Fire alartesting.

• Recording findings and producing accurate Electrical Installation Condition Reports

• Detailing/specifying/carrying out remedial works.

• Ensuring timely issue of reports and certificates

About You

• Fully qualified: City & Guilds 2330/2365 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)

• City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671: A2)

• Competent with single & three-phase testing

• Excellent knowledge of regulations and inspection codes

• Strong communication skills – confident with landlords, homeowners, and businesses

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
