Security Engineer (Door Entry and Access Control) 3-4 Month Contract 39 Hours Per Week Basic DBS Required Are you an experienced Security Engineer with a strong background in door entry, access control, and fault-finding? We are seeking a skilled engineer to support a busy property services team on a 3-4 month contract, maintaining and upgrading security systems across residential properties and communal areas. The Role You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a range of door entry and access control systems, ensuring reliable operation and excellent service delivery to residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Fault finding, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of communal door entry and access control systems. Reactive attendance to system faults and breakdowns. Commissioning and configuration of access control systems following upgrades and installations. Completing preventative maintenance activities and supporting system improvements. Maintaining accurate service records and documentation. Managing van stock levels and ordering materials where required. Working safely and in line with health and safety procedures. Providing a high level of customer service while working within occupied residential environments. What We''re Looking For Proven experience with door entry and access control systems.
