Electrical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a well-established and growing facilities management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of building services systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial building installations. Maintain lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and other electrical infrastructure. Support the maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and general building services equipment where required. Complete inspections, testing, and compliance checks in accordance with current regulations and company procedures. Accurately record work completed using maintenance management systems and documentation. Liaise professionally with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure high standards of service delivery. Participate in an on-call rota where applicable. Candidate Requirements Recognised electrical qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification preferred. Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with electrical systems. ..... full job details .....
