Senior Electrical Design Engineer Machinery Manufacturing Competitive salary + company benefits Flexibility with working hours and hybrid flex Cheshire West Overview We are supporting a well-established, high tech, machinery build company that are currently looking to add a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to the structure due to growth, they can also hire Electrical Design Engineers at varying levels of experiance. The company design and manufacture bespoke capital equipment that is supplied globally and are a dynamic and growing business who are very well regared in their sector. The Role Reporting into the Electrical Design Manager, as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for end to end everything electrically - sizing calculations for drives and motors, current and panel cooling. You will be allocated a project and this will take anything from 6 - 12 weeks to complete depending on the complexity. Once you are through the first few weeks, you will then be providing tech support for the Assembly team in Production when they start to carry out the wiring. You will also working with Procurement by releasing a BOM so they can get the parts. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 5+ years industrial experience in a simoiliar Senior Electrical Design Enginer role Experience of control panel design Manufacturing experience, within complex machinery build EPLAN experience desirable Strong attention ..... full job details .....
