£65,000 + Company Vehicle + Pension + Holidays

We are currently seeking an experienced

Electrical Contracts Manager

to join a well-established and growing

MandE contractor

based in

Northampton . The company specialises in delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical installations across the commercial, industrial, and education sectors, typically on projects valued at

£2 million and above .

What You''ll Be Doing:

Managing multiple electrical contracts from pre-construction through to handover

Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams

Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and programme compliance

Managing budgets, variations, and project profitability

Ensuring all works are completed to health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Attending progress meetings and reporting to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role managing electrical packages on

commercial, industrial, or education projects

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems

Ability to manage multiple large-scale contracts (£2M+)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)

SMSTS and ECS/CSCS Card preferred

Full UK driving licence
