With a growing project portfolio, and a focus on continuing to do so, this successful contractor is nowseeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager.Responsibilities

As a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects within your remit, including overseeing all Project Managers, working with them to ensure each delivery process is in line with both design, planning and budgets. Working closely with all, you will manage contracts from tender through to completion, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Requirements

Proven experience within Mechanical Project or / and Contracts ManagmentStrong technical knowledge of all mechanical systems (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, etc.).Track record of delivering projects valued up to £5MExcellent communication and commercial acumen.SMSTSThe opportunity will offer the successful individual
