Electrical Contracts Manager - Social Housing - Property MaintenanceUp to 56,000 plus package - PermanentBased in StratfordOur client is a well-established and growing Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contractor, delivering high-quality planned and responsive electrical works to local authority and housing association clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team based in Stratford.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of electrical contracts across a portfolio of social housing properties. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring full compliance with current electrical regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdditional duties include:Manage the operational delivery of electrical contracts across planned maintenance, responsive repairs, voids and capital works within occupied and void social housing properties.Lead and support a team of Supervisors, Electricians and specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed service levels.Oversee the delivery of electrical installations, rewires, consumer unit upgrades, EICRs, remedial works, communal electrical systems and associated maintenance programmes.Ensure all electrical works comply with ..... full job details .....
