Electrical Construction Manager (Nights)

Astute''s Power Team are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to cover night shifts for the EPC Contractor on the new build Waste to Energy facility based in Cheshire.
The Electrical Construction Manager (Night Shifts) comes with a day rate from -600.00 to -650.00 per day (Outside IR35)
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
- Lead the electrical construction activities during night shifts, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with the day-shift management team to ensure smooth project handovers and continuity of works.
Monitor progress against schedule, addressing issues and escalating risks as required.
Ensure all electrical installation activities align with project design, codes, and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to the workforce, resolving on-site queries.
Prepare reports on shift progress, productivity, and safety performance.
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager (or Senior Electrical Supervisor) on large-scale EPC, energy, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation in power, energy, or process plant environments.
Demonstrated leadership and management of teams and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining communication with the wider project team.
Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent).
Prior experience on waste-to-energy, power generation, or heavy industrial projects preferred.
