Key Responsibilities:Carry out service and maintenance of BMS front-end systemsPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plantDiagnose and repair faults on both electrical and mechanical systemsHandle general MandE tasks including: Emergency lighting testsWater temperature monitoringAHU and FCU maintenanceMinor plumbing repairsReactive maintenance dutiesProvide a high standard of client-facing service and maintain strong on-site relationshipsWork full-time on a prestigious, static commercial site in a high-end location Requirements:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance18th Edition Wiring RegulationsProven experience in PPM, fault finding, and repair on electrical and mechanical systemsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective client relationshipsComfortable using computers, particularly ExcelMust live within a commutable distance to South-West London ..... full job details .....
