HSE ManagerBurnley Multisite Manufacturing Competitive Salary + Excellent BenefitsMorgan Ryder Associates is recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing manufacturing business, seeking an experienced HSE professional to take ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental across two UK sites.This is a hands-on, shop-floor focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, influencing teams and turning HSE standards into everyday behaviours. Around 75% of your time will be spent on the shop floor, supporting approximately 260 employees across two sites in Burnley. The business operates within the aerospace sector through precision manufacturing and has grown exponentially in recent years.This is currently a standalone HSE position, giving the successful candidate significant autonomy and ownership of the HSE function.
