This is an opportunity for an experienced EHS Manager to lead site compliance, safety culture and continuous improvement, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in a highly regulated environment-so their teams can stay focused on what they do Lead the site EHS management system and drive a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with HSE/EA requirements and corporate standardsOwn key regulatory areas: COMAH (Lower Tier), IPPC/Environmental Permitting, Waste Management permits, process safetySupport operational teams with risk assessments (COSHH, DSEAR, manual handling), audits and trainingReview incidents/near misses, lead/support investigations using RCA, and drive corrective actionsDeliver clear communication across the workforce (toolbox talks, briefs, presentations)Manage EHS metrics/reporting and support EHS budget and improvement plansWhat we''re looking forStrong hands-on EHS leadership in chemical / petro / pharma / chemical waste / FMCG (or similar regulated industry)Confident working with Regulators and site leadership teamsGood knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS, HSE/EA guidance and ACOPsProven training, influencing, investigation/RCA, and behavioural ..... full job details .....
