This may include either:New EHC assessments, with a caseload of approximately 40-60 cases, orExisting EHC Plans, with a caseload of approximately (Apply online only) cases.You will act as the first point of contact for your allocated caseload, working closely with children and young people, families, education settings and partner agencies.Key responsibilities will include managing EHC assessments and annual reviews, ensuring statutory processes are completed within required timescales, maintaining accurate case records and working collaboratively to support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND.To be considered, you will havePrevious Local Authority experienceExperience of managing SEND or EHCP caseworkExperience of working with large and complex caseloadsA strong understanding of SEN processesThe ability to manage competing priorities and ..... full job details .....
