Job Title: EHC Coordinator Location: Barking and DagenhamTerm: Temp initially 3 monthsRate: 32.80 hour PAYE3 days in the officeAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities? Our client, based in Barking and Dagenham, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated EHC Coordinator to join their dynamic Education team on a temporary basis!Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the statutory process for Education, Health, and Care (EHC) needs assessments for children and young people aged 0-25.Ensure timely delivery of EHC Plans, working collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.Manage a caseload, ensuring appropriate support, resources, and placements are in place.Facilitate multi-agency meetings and provide written briefs for EHC panels.Support the annual review process and attend key meetings to advocate for service users.What We''re Looking For:A Level 3 Qualification or equivalent.Knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practise 2015.Experience working with children and families in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills to engage effectively with families, schools, and professionals.A commitment to equality and anti-discriminatory practises.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and ideas!Engage in meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of children and young people.Opportunity to develop your professional ..... full job details .....
