Educational Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? Do you lead with care, patience, and understanding? We''re looking for an Educational Support Worker to join a special school in Trowbridge, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and able to reach their potential. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You''ll be working closely with pupils with a range of SEND needs, supporting both their learning and personal development in a nurturing and structured environment.
