That’s where you come in.As a

Training Consultant Associate , you’ll play a key part in that onboarding journey. You’ll deliver engaging training sessions and support school staff as they get to grips with the software. This is an

entry-level role , ideal if you’re at the start of your career and want to build experience in training, education, or tech. You don’t need a background in software – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.You’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team based out of our

Leeds office . The role is

hybrid , with a mix of

working from home, spending time in the office , and

travelling to schools across the UK

to deliver in-person training. You’ll work

Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 , which gives you a clear structure and strong work-life balance – no evenings or weekend shifts required.What Will You Be Doing?You’ll lead interactive webinars and virtual sessions, explaining Every in a clear, helpful, step-by-step way using tools like Zoom or Teams.Visit schools for in-person trainingSome schools prefer on-site support. You’ll travel to schools across the UK to deliver hands-on sessions. A

full UK driving licence and access to a car

are essential for this part of the role.Create useful guides and resourcesNot everyone learns the same way, so you’ll also help build written guides, videos, and checklists to support different learning styles.You’ll answer follow-up questions and make sure users feel confident continuing to use Every day-to-day.Keep up to dateEvery is always improving – and you’ll stay in the loop so your training content reflects the latest features.Work closely with othersYou’ll collaborate with our onboarding and support teams to give schools the best experience possible.This is an entry-level role. You don’t need to be a tech expert or have experience in training – we’ll teach you that.
