Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their own unique career path.The Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate as necessary to ensure client expectations are met and their experience with Consilio is valued.Our goals are to ensure the highest client experience, to ensure that we grow and evolve the business through our service. The candidate must be a progressive thinker, highly productive and efficient in a pressured environment.You''ll make an impact by:Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contactProviding expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverablesManaging projects of our global clientsCreating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirementsDeveloping and managing relationships with internal teamsDefining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverablesPlanning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project informationWhat we are looking for:To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience must include:BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industryMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Project ManagerDemonstrated working knowledge of KCura''s Relativity review platformWillingness to travel both domestically and internationallyDemonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraintsExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to support project success.What we can offer you:We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
