Role: Ecommerce Operations ManagerLocation: SheffieldSector: Construction SuppliesSalary: £35,000-£45,000 (negotiable dependent upon experience) + benefitsHours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (08:00 - 12:00)Our client, a well-established national distributor within the construction supply sector, is looking to appoint an ambitious and hands-on eCommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of their growing Sheffield-based eCommerce fulfilment operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, implementing scalable processes, and shaping the future of the eCommerce distribution function.The RoleBased at the company''s Sheffield operation, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the eCommerce warehouse and fulfilment operation, overseeing warehouse performance, stock control, dispatch, purchasing, and marketplace service levels. The business has experienced strong online growth, particularly through Amazon and other marketplace platforms, and is seeking someone who can bring structure, leadership, and operational expertise to support the next phase of development.
