Job Title: Operations ManagerContract Type: PermanentLocation: South YorkshireShift: DaysSalary: £35,000 - £40,000pa - dependent on experienceThe OpportunityAn ambitious and growing operational business within the technology lifecycle and circular economy sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced processing and refurbishment operation within their warehouse and processing facility.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, team engagement, compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across a busy site environment.The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing operations within an ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), warehouse, manufacturing, retail logistics, refurbishment, recycling, or process-driven environment, with strong leadership capability and a proactive operational mindset.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a high-volume processing facility, ensuring workflow, productivity, stock control, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved.You will provide visible leadership across the operational floor, managing supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff while ensuring assets move efficiently through receipt, processing, refurbishment, storage, and dispatch.This role requires a balance of operational management, people leadership, process control, compliance awareness, and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
