The post covers the service in Mid and West Essex, with travel to other areas as needed. Applications from qualified Nurses and Occupational Therapists are welcome.Responsibilities
Gate-keep referrals into the Adult Eating Disorders Service, liaising with referrers and providing advice and support as needed.Ensure effective assessment, care planning and review of patient care and treatment in line with the EPUT CPA policy and procedure.Liaise with the provider collaborative regarding specialist out-of-area eating disorder placements and inpatient providers, acting as a link for local services and carers.Provide highly specialist evidence-based interventions for clients with eating disorders, drawing on a range of theoretical frameworks and treatment modalities.Qualifications / Skills
Qualified Nurse or Occupational Therapist with demonstrable interest and experience in working with clients suffering from eating disorders.Benefits / Additional info
