Eating Disorder Clinical Nurse Specialist / Snr Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

To gate-keep referrals into the Adult Eating Disorders Service liaising with referrers and providing advice and support as needed.To ensure the effective assessment, care planning and review of patient care and treatment in line with the EPUT CPA policy and procedure.To liaise with the provider collaborative regarding specialist out of area eating disorder placements and inpatient providers, when EPUT service users are admitted and to provide a link function for local services and carers.To provide highly specialist evidence based interventions for clients with Eating Disorders, drawing on a wide range of theoretical frameworks and treatment modalities.As a newly appointed employee, you are responsible for incurring the cost of your initial DBS check relevant to your post; the amount will be deducted from your first salary with the Trust.Trust information and recruitment
