Earthworks Supervisor – Immediate Start

Location: Radlett
Start Date: Immediate

Rate: £250 -£270 Per day
 

We are currently looking for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a busy construction project.

Duties

• Supervising earthworks and groundworks operations on site
• Managing and coordinating groundworkers and plant operators
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to specification
• Setting out and checking levels where required
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager
• Coordinating plant, labour and materials
• Ensuring health & safety and site procedures are followed
• Completing relevant site paperwork and daily records

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Earthworks Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, excavation, grading and levels
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Supervisor Card
• CPCS / NPORS advantageous where relevant
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and able to manage a team effectively
• Relevant site experience with a strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety
