As our Early Years Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and support a team of Early Years Educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Champion the RECIPE curriculum and high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and role modelling.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Experience leading or supporting colleagues within an early years environment.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality early years education.
