Job Title: Lead Early Years Assessor Location: Brighton Salary: 32k - 35k Company Overview Our client is a Training Provider dedicated to providing high-quality and professional apprenticeships. They work in partnership with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant and valuable training to develop the next generation of professionals. Main Purpose of the Role The Lead Early Years Assessor has the main responsibility for the delivery of high-quality training and assessments within agreed timescales and to nationally recognised standards. The Lead Early Years Assessor will be responsible for monitoring Apprentice learning and progress throughout the programme, reporting progress in the agreed format and meeting all agreed reporting deadlines. The role provides growth, with the opportunity to progress into managing a small team. Key Duties and Responsibilities People Deliver classroom-based and workshop sessions to Apprentices associated with our client. Ensure each group follows the agreed programme and schedule. Actively support fellow members within your team. Report Apprentice issues to the Curriculum Manager. Address unwanted behaviours and classroom management issues in accordance with agreed procedures. Mentor Apprentices to help them achieve and develop the professional skills required for the workplace. Mark all Apprentice assessments and provide appropriate feedback to individuals.
