Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Meeting children''s care needs while encouraging their learning and development. Observing children''s progress and working collaboratively with nursery teams. Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.What We''re Looking For A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (desirable). Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course. A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
